Relief items were provided to fire victim in Inshaygon Village, Taninthayi Township in Taninthayi Region yesterday.

An official from the township Department of Disaster Management made a domiciliary visit provide relief items to the village and handed over K 100000 for building materials, K 105000 for rice and rescue kit box with 16 items to fire victim. 

The fire broke out in Inshaygon Village, Taninthayi Township on 31 December and totally destroyed the house of U Zaw Moe Aung in the village. The fire was thought to have started from an ember left in the house of U Zaw Moe Aung. But no casualties were reported.—Htein Win, IPRD
