Construction of a crematory and a fence for the compound of the cinerarium are being undertaken in Ward-3, Hsinbyukyun Township in Magway Region, according to the construction committee.

The donor family identified as U Aung Koe Shwe and Daw Khin Saw Win from Yangon contributed over Ks. 20 million to construct the crematory. Major works for the cinerarium was completed and the structure for accommodating the crematory is under construction. A public lounge and other facilities need to be built in the compound of the crematory.

A fence was constructed at a cost of Ks. 18 million allocated by the township development committee in the fiscal year 2018-2019. The remaining part of the fence will be built with cash donated by local people.—Soe Moe Thu (Salin)
