A ceremony to hand over an ambulance and related equipment to District Public Hospital was held at the hospital in Muse, Shan State (North) this morning.

 

With an aim of providing public health care services in time, an ambulance and related equipment worth over K 70 million was donated by Southeast Asia Oil and Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd and it is the second of its kind.

At the ceremony, Deputy District Administrator U Okka gave remarks. Next, a responsible person from the Southeast Asia Oil and Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd clarified the purpose of the donation and handed over the proper documents relating to the ambulance to the medical superintendent of District Public Hospital Dr. Myo Zaw. Then Dr. Myo Zaw also expressed words of thanks to the donor company.

 

Afterwards, MP U Nyi Sein of Shan State Amyotha Hluttaw, MP U Sai Pho Myat of Pyithu Hluttaw and other officials formally cut the ceremonial ribbon.
