A fire drill was conducted in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event about the natural disaster at the Dhamayone and sub-B.E.H.S in Tawma Village, Htigyaing Township, Sagaing Region yesterday.

First, staff officer of the township Fire Services Department U Phyo Nyunt Maung explained the purpose of the drill and disseminated knowledge about the risks of fire.

Afterwards, firefighters demonstrated how to use fire extinguishers when a fire breaks out in the area. Then, teachers and students practically extinguished the fire.—Ye Lin Tun, IPRD
