With the aims of ensuring safe and swift flow of commodity and saving time and money, the Department of Rural Development in Ngape Township, Minbu District, Magway Region is undertaking construction of three rural roads and 13 aqueducts in 2019-2020 FY.
The rural roads which will benefit the local residents were checked by officials from the Township Department of Rural Development and the construction of rural roads was started.
A rural road which is 6950 ft in lenth, 12 ft in width and 1 ft and 9 inches in height and six aqueducts in Thazi village, a rural road which is 6000 ft in length, 12 ft in width and 9 inches in height and four aqueducts in Paukyingone village and a rural road which is 3900 ft in length, 12 ft in width and 1 ft and 9 inches in height and three aqueducts in PAungkalay village are being implemented with K 84.1 million by Tun Gabar Lin Company. Now, it has been completed by 70 percent, said U Wai Lin Maung, a Township Officer from the Township Department of Rural Development.
