Officials from Kawthoung Township Department of Immigration and Population made preparatory measures to issue national identification cards to Salon ethnic people who reside on islands in Kawthoung Township at Hanthawady Hall of Township General Administration Department yesterday afternoon.

Officials helped the ethnic people to fill in the CV form, to take photos and fingerprints in order for them to issue national identification cards. Township Administrators and officials looked around the activities and urged the responsible people to cooperate for the socioeconomic development of Salon ethnic people.
