Officials from the township Development Committee gave a talk about infectious diseases in Myoma market in the town of Gangaw, Gangaw township, Magway region yesterday afternoon.

At the event, U Nyan Oo, an executive officer of the township Development Committee shared knowledge about infectious diseases with shopkeepers. He also made shopkeepers know about directives issued by Magway Region Development Committee.

Then, the executive officer together with U Win Naing, person in charge of the market, inspected the market, urging sellers of chicken, fish, pork and beef to avoid direct contact with liquids from animals, to wear masks and gloves.—Taungthar Maung Than
