Officials from the Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement furnished the fire victims from Delgon Village, Thabaung Township in Ayeyawady Region yesterday.
    

Three houses from Delgon Village were engulfed by the fire on 6 March. Officials from the DDM presented construction materials worth Ks. 300,000 and Ks. 14,700 for buying rice totaling Ks. 314,700 plus 16 kinds of household items valued at Ks. 97,059 for 7 fire victims from three households on a door-to-door basis.
    

The DDM officials were accompanied by the village administrator and village authorities in making contributions to the fire victims.—Myo Zaw Thein (IPRD)
