Local authorities presented cash assistance provided by the government amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic to the grassroots in Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region on June 1.
    

Local officials led by Sagaing Region MP U Maung Maung Win reportedly handed over K 15,000 each to nearly 500 households from two wards and five villages in the township on a door-to-door basis.
