Chaung-U, 3 July

In commemoration of Myanmar Women’s Day, well-wishers handed out facial masks to local people in Chaung-U, Monywa District, Sagaing Region this morning.

As part of efforts to control the spread of COVID-19, the region Hluttaw Representative U Win Myint Khin, Chairman of the township management committee U Aung Baw, Chairperson of the township Women’s Affairs Association Daw Thuzar Theint and members joined the activity and distributed 700 masks to local people at the crowded places such as markets in the town.

The distribution of facial masks is the fourth of its kind in the town.
