Officials from the Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement supplied relief items to the storm victims in Yekyi Township, Ayeyawady Region on August 17.
    

They provided K 1,068,100 and 17 types of relief supplies to 61 storm victims from 12 households from four villages in the township on a door-to-door basis.
    

61 residents from four villages became storm victims after their homes were destroyed by the gusty winds that swept through the area recently.
