Officials present cash aid provided by the government amid the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic to local people who have low income from villages and wards in Kawkareik Township, Kayin State yesterday. The provision of cash aid is the third of its kind in the township.

Under this cash aid program, 9312 households from wards and villages in the township received K 20000 each. 

Also present on the occasion were deputy speaker of Kayin State Hluttaw Nang Thuza Win, State Minister for Immigration and Human Resources U Min Ko Khaing, the Amyotha Hluttaw Representative Dr. Myo Aung, the township Administrator U San Nu, departmental officials and ward Administrators.
