A group of local authorities led by Deputy Commissioner U Hlaing Tun and Township Administrator U Kyaw Soe distributed facial masks and shared knowledge about prevention of Covid-19 pandemic at local bazaars in Momeik, Shan State this morning.
    

Officials from governmental staff, employees from the Department of Public Health, members of the township maternal and child welfare association, and Red Cross members took part in the distribution of facial masks to locals. They suggested locals to strictly follow coronavirus instructions issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
    

Ward and village administrators are collecting the number of returnees and sending the list to the township General Administration Department on a daily basis. No confirmed coronavirus case was yet reported in Momeik Township.
