The Senior General explained that encouraging MSMEs to have achievement aims at developing of internal economy as well as domestic production. In doing so, raw materials are essential for the manufacturing of products. Hence, the policy was adopted for producing domestic raw materials. Products of agriculture and livestock farms are certain raw materials. Efforts must be made to manufacture import substitute goods and enhance manufacture of export products step by step.
