Hakha 16 January
Basic QGIS and Mobile GPS Training, jointly conducted by Department of Rural Development (DRD) and Network Activities Group (NAG) was opened at the Department of Rural Development, Hakha, Chin State this morning.
Head of Department of Rural Development U Yee Min Kyaw explained the aims of the course and other salient points.
The cousre is being attended by 20 attendees from the governmental departments and it runs from 16 to 18 January. –Myint Naing Soe
