Senior police officials from the Myanmar Police Force in Magway presented cash assistance to the bereaved wife of a fallen police officer who was killed in an ambush by Arakan Army (AA) on 4 January.

Ks. 4.5 million of cash assistance was transferred to Daw Thidar Oo, wife of fallen police officer Police Major Sai Bo Han by Deputy Commander of the regional police force Acting Police Col Khin Maung Latt, Acting Commander of Magway district police force Sai Kham Lu and head of the Magway city police force Police Major Ngwe Tin at her residence in Magway on 24 January.

This was the second time of presenting cash assistance by the Myanmar Police Force. The first time of presenting Ks. 1 million to the wife of fallen police major was made on 5 January.—Kyaw Zeya
