The 6th graduation ceremony of Co-operative University of Thanlyin which is affiliated with Ministry of Agricultural, Livestock and Irrigation was held yesterday at the Convocation Hall of Yangon University in Yangon. In her speech at the ceremony, Dr. Yi Yi Win, Rector of the Co-operative University of Thanlyin, urged the fresh graduates to try their best to become youth co-operative leaders and entrepreneurs of new generation, fulfilling the needs of the country and people.

At the ceremony, Master’s degrees in Accounting and Finance were conferred on 21 graduates; Master’s degrees in Applied Statistics on four graduates; Master’s degrees in Marketing Management on 15 graduates; Master’s degrees in Regional Development on four graduates; Master’s degrees in Social Enterprise Management on four graduates; Post Diploma’s degrees in Accounting and Finance on two graduates and Post Diploma’s in Marketing Management on three graduates.

Additionally, the university conferred on 101 graduates Bachelor of Business Science’s degrees in Accounting and Finance; 85 graduates Bachelor of Business Science’s degrees in Applied Statistics; 106 Bachelor of Business Science’s degrees in Marketing Management; 73 Bachelor of Business Science’s degrees in Regional Development; 74 Bachelor of Business Science’s degrees in Social Enterprise Management and 57 Bachelor of Business Science’s degrees. — Ko Zaw (Dala) (Translated by Kyaw Zin Tun)
