Daw Khin Kyi Foundation and Information and Public Relations Department are teaming up to pass awareness on COVID-19 along with reading materials rental service from mobile libraries.
Yesterday, Hluttaw representatives, local administrative bodies, medical personnel and civil society organizations to distribute pamphlets on COVID-19 and demonstrate proper use of hand sanitizers.
These activities were carried out in Kwyel Min Kya and Sitar villages of Natmauk Township in Magway Region, in Myaing Kalay, Barket, Hlaing Kabar and Pinkyi villages, the silk weaving school, prosthetic factory, government offices and wards of Hpa-an Township in Kayin State, and Gon Min Kwin village of Pobbathiri Township in Nay Pyi Taw.
IPRD staff are also involved in disseminating guidelines and information on COVID-19 and monitoring.—Thein Naing (IPRD)
