Ayeyawady United FC have completed the signing of former Yangon United player and Ivory Coast footballer Mankaolu on a one-year contract, said U Khin Maung Tun, General Manager of the team.
Ayeyawady United have been eliminated from General Aung San Shield 2019. The Pathein-based club is focusing on the Myanmar National League and is recruiting new players. The club currently finishes in sixth position in the standing with 18 points in the first round of the MNL.
The second round of the MNL will resume on 15 June whereas Ayeyawady United is scheduled to clash with Southern Myanmar FC in Mawlamyine.—By Kyaw Htike Soe
