A graduation ceremony of basic sewing course, jointly organized by Ngapudaw Township Rural Development Department and vocational training school under Social Welfare Department was held at the meeting hall of Social Welfare Department this morning with introductory speeches by the Region Hluttaw representative Dr Soe Thein and Assistant Director of Social Welfare Department U Dye No Dar and Head of Rural Development Department U Kayw Thu Min.

At the graduation ceremony, officials presented certificates to the leader of the trainees. The three-week course was opened to enhance the socio-economic life of the local residents and attended by 25 trainees from 11 villages. –Hla Min Htut ( IPRD)
