A total of K 100 million will be spent on development of Sagaing Township, according to MP U Khin Maung Thein of Pyithu Hluttaw.

With the aim of undertaking 39 developmental tasks in Sagaing Township, K 100 million of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw’s development fund has been allocated.

“A total of 32 rural roads and bridges will be constructed with a fund of K 74.5 million and another seven projects will be undertaken with K 22.5 million. The remaining K 3 million will be general expenditure”, he added.

The developmental tasks will be undertaken through cooperation of public starting this month and it will be completed at the end of September.

Similarly, the Sagaing Township Development Committee will undertake township cleaning and hygienic works with K 1, 00 million 2018-2019 fiscal year.
