A ceremony to hand over K 310 million for Mya Sein Yaung Project and Village Development Planning to 26 villages was held at the hall of Pathein, Ayeyarwady Region at 1 pm with an introductory speech by Hluttaw Representative U Aung Thu Htwe.

This was followed by the speeches made by Pathein Township General Administrator U Yar Zar Aye and Head of Pathein Township Rural Development Department U Htay Naing.

The Hluttaw representative, the township administrator and the head of rural development department handed over K 310 million—K 120 million for seven villages under Mya Sein Yaung Project and K 190 million for 19 villages under Village Development Planning .

Under the Mya Sein Yaung Project, funds were provided to 11 villages already for socio-economic progress including agriculture, water supply system, electricity and other developmental tasks from 2014-2015 to 2017-2018 facial year. –Min Tun Zaw
