Kachin State Chief Minister Dr. Khet Aung and Deputy Minister for Information U Aung Hla Tun inspected the Children’s Literature Festival, Children’s Literature Exhibition and Book Sales opening ceremony dress rehearsal at Myintkyina University convocation hall yesterday morning.

State Chief Minister and Deputy Minister inspected the practice sessions of the band, pom pom troupe, singing of songs and dances by students.

The Children’s Literature Festival and Book Sales (Myitkyina) is jointly organized by Ministry of Information, Ministry of Education and Kachin State government and will be held for three days from 20 to 22 January. — MNA (Translated by Zaw Min)
