With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans for emerald green project were disbursed to farmers Kuphyu, Nipagone, Kywetat, Shwegone villages in Myittha Township, Mandalay Region yesterday. The disbursement of loans is the first of its kind in the villages.
Then, staff from the township Department of Rural Development dispensed K 30.0 million to 232 members of village emerald green project committee in Kuphyu and Nipagone villages and K 30.0 million to 150 members of village emerald green project committee in Kywetat and Shwegone villages in the township.—Su Mon, Township IPRD
