An event to donate personal protective equipment (PPE) suits for containing COVID-19 was held at the meeting room of  Hospital in the town of Mongnai, Linkhe District, Shan State(South) this morning.

As part of efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, well-wishers in Shan State jointly donated 23 suits of PPE to the Department of Health in Mongnai Township.

Personal protective equipment suits were accepted by the Township Medical Superintendent Dr. Zin Mi Han, and spoke words of thanks to the donors.—Myo Nyunt Shwe, IPRD
