An event to donate medical items to the Department of Public Health, a military hospital (100-bed), and security checkpoints by alumni from BEHS-1 was held in Kawthoung Township, Taninthayi Region on October 26.
    

Medical equipment such as hand sanitizer gel, basins, facial masks to the Department of Public Health, a military hospital (100-bed), and security checkpoints were donated by alumni. Kawthoung Township is focusing on the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic amid the country sees a surge in locally-transmitted virus case.
    

The medical items would reportedly be used systematically in combating and controlling the coronavirus pandemic.
