THE National Library (Yangon) has announced that e-books (PDFs) can be accessed online.
Those who wish to obtain PDF e-books from the National Library (Yangon) should send the title of the book and author they want to its Document Delivery Service email address nlygn. [email protected] with a subject line of DDS.
Once DDS email is received, the library will verify the PDF e-Book and send the library's account number at the Ayeyawady Bank and the amount to be paid to the requested person. Once the payment is made and the process is completed, the PDF e-Book will be sent to the requester's email address.
For those who want to receive the PDF e-Book, K 200 per page will be charged for sending it via DDS.
Payments for National Library (Yangon) membership fees and e-Book subscriptions can be made through AYA Mobile Banking, AYA PAY or AYA Merchant MMQR via KBZ PAY and Wave Pay. For QR payments, users can scan AYA MMQR and pay, which is available at the Information counter, digital library counter and on the member form under the notice of the website www. nlm.gov.mm. — Htet Oo Maung/ ZN
