EXPORT activities must be carried out only after obtaining licences through automatic licensing and non-automatic licensing systems on the Myanmar Tradenet 2.0 platform, according to the Department of Customs’ Myanmar Automated Cargo Clearance System’s notification 008/2025 dated 2 May.
The Trade Department has already notified that, according to Bulletin 3/2025 of the Trade Department. While filling in declarations through MACCS, additional information on the licence declaration and licence balancing must be carried out according to the previous procedures.
The Trade Department notified on 1 April that export activities were allowed without seeking licences for the whole of April, following a post-earthquake network connecting error in quake-stricken regions. — NN/KK
