EXPORT activities must be carried out only after obtaining licences through automatic licensing and non-automat­ic licensing systems on the Myanmar Tradenet 2.0 platform, according to the Department of Customs’ Myanmar Automated Cargo Clearance System’s notification 008/2025 dated 2 May.

 

The Trade Department has already notified that, according to Bulletin 3/2025 of the Trade Department. While fill­ing in declarations through MACCS, additional information on the licence declaration and licence balancing must be carried out according to the previous procedures.

 

The Trade Department notified on 1 April that export activities were allowed without seeking licences for the whole of April, following a post-earthquake net­work connecting error in quake-stricken regions. — NN/KK
