Construction of new Shinbinkuthein Bridge on the Kyaukbyugone-Galongone road in Meiktila Township has been completed by 90 per cent. The old wooden bridge is being developed into a new RC bridge.

The bridge is crucial for local people from seven villages in the township. Therefore, the old bridge is being developed into a 45 feet long and 15 feet wide RC bridge with the help of Township Management Committee and the public from the villages. The project was started on 1 February and has been completed by 90 per cent.

The new facility will bring public safety and convenience to the local people.
