Officials from the Township Department of Development inspected the completion of a concrete road in Zayatkyi Village in Taungoo Township, Bago Region this morning.
A concrete road measuring 750 ft. long, 12 ft. wide and nine inches thick was constructed by villagers with Ks. 10.0 million allotted by regional government in 2022-2023 fiscal years and now, it was completed 100 percent.
During the inspection tour, U Myo Aung, staff officer of the region Department of Rural Development stressed the importance of quality construction and gave necessary instructions. The road will benefit rural people, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—Ko Hlaing
