One confirmed COVID-19 positive patient being treated in the temporary hospital in the town of Mongyawng in Shan State (East) was discharged from the hospital this morning, according to the township General Administration Department.
At the event, officials from the township Department of Health and General Administration Department urged the patient to follow the instructions guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports before departure for her home. Then, staff from the township Red Cross Society sent the patient to her home by car.
As of December 23, out of 10 confirmed COVID-19 positive patients in Mongyawng Township, nine patients were reportedly discharged from the hospital.
