With the aim of solving water scarcity in Magway Region, water supply projects will be implemented with over K 2700 million in the region during 2020-2021 FY, according to the Region Department of Rural Development.
The department is implementing the drilling of 12 deep tube wells from the beginning of this fiscal year and seven tube wells have been completed. The water supply projects will be undertaken in the areas where mostly face water scarcity and arrangements are being made to conduct emergency drinking water supply, according to the Region Department.
