Chief Minister of Mon State Dr Aye Zan, the cabinet members and departmental officials encouraged storm victims of Autsake village near Kalargote island in Lamaing, Mon State and provided cash assistance and necessities.
The Chief Minister and his party offered donations to Sayadaw Nagasena of Kyaunghong monastery, Autsake village.
Chief Minister Dr Aye Zan gave a speech, saying that the government will provide not only assistances for the victims but also facilitate concrete roads, electricity and hospital.
The Chief Minister handed over 1,500 CI sheets and K 25.5 million for 396 affected houses to Autsake village administrator. The village administrator expressed thanks.
The storm flattened 396 houses, seven buildings of two monasteries, three buildings of Basic Education High School and one building of Basic Education Primary School. –District (IPRD)
