Rural road commissioned into service in TadaU

A rural road connecting three villages was inaugurated in TadaU Township, Kyaukse District in Mandalay Region this morning.


On the occasion, Regional Lawmaker U Min Min Ni and Township Administrator U Hla Win Aung delivered addresses. Next, an engineer from a private construction company explained matters relating to the road and a member of the road construction committee spoke words of thanks. Afterwards, the new rural road was formally opened by the regional MPs, township administrator, and an official from the Department of Rural Development by cutting a ceremonial ribbon.


The newly-opened rural road is one mile long and measures 12 ft. in width and 7 inch in height. It was built with Ks. 214.2 million funds allotted by the regional government in the fiscal year 2018-2019.
