GLOBAL countries are facing a tremendous challenge about unemployment problems in successive eras while leaders of those countries have been seeking the best or proper solution to mitigate the employment rate of their countries.
The rate of unemployment is based on the ratio of unemployed people to the total population of the relevant country. Roughly, most of the countries set 18 years old of the people as the youngest age of the employee. Those people above 18 are ready to work. Indeed, the unemployment rate does not count military personnel, prisoners, those in the lunatic asylum, housemaids, retired persons and students.
Root causes of the people facing unemployment are based on low education qualification and discrimination on gender, age and race. Such root causes become a drive to raise the poverty rate which pulls down the unemployed people into the lower living standard. If so, those from the lower living standard do not afford to successfully struggle from their vicious circle. Consequently, they become disqualified in education, knowledge, vocational techniques and regular income due to lack of any supports.
Gradually, they are far from skills in any profession. Again, they would have to seek the jobs deserved for their kills but they would miss the chance to have any jobs. That is why they unavoidably accept the vicious circle of poverty and low living standard. As such, not only the government but the people above the lower living standard, affordable to stand tall in the society on their strengths need to save those unemployed people with efforts for uplifting their strata to be familiar with the society.
Unemployment may be a motive to cause the crimes such as drinking, drug abuse, and violence at home based on depression. According to the research results, the high unemployment rate may raise divorce, diverse opinions in the society, discrimination and suicide cases.
If so, the high unemployment rate reflects the problems in financial, social and mental processes, individual life, health, economy and the whole society in addition to the image of the country in the global community.
Hence, all the citizens need to stretch their hands so as to give a helping hand to unemployed persons with the creation of jobs deserved for their skills and knowledge as much as possible for contributing to the prosperous society.
