The State Counsellor then observed subject wise courses conducted for Grade 6 new curriculum teachers. Next, the State Counsellor observed science and physical education teachers doing physical exercises. The State Counsellor said teachers were reported to have done well in the courses and hope that they would do well in teaching as well. Teachers were to think of how to keep the students happy in the classes while they learnt their lessons.
They would become educated only if they were happy to come to school. Our country needed development and the education system played an important role. If the education system were correct and good we would be able to catch up with other countries in a short time. Students in our country needed to be good in a unique way in comparison with other countries. They should be outstanding in education as well as in morality, in team work. Our citizens need to be good at working together in groups. We needed to produce youths who would make our society happy and develop. Teachers played the main role here, she said.
