Talks on crime reduction and rule of law were held at the office of the commander of the District Police Force this morning in the town of Gangaw, Gangaw District, Magway Region.

The commander of the District Police Force in his speech, saying that the purpose of the talks is to alleviate the abuse of narcotic drugs, coupled with reduction of crimes and prevention of human trafficking. Toward this end, public awareness campaigns are being conducted by police stations, police outposts in their respective areas in the district.

According to records, the number of car accidents has been declining year by year against 100 car accidents that took place in 2016. Now, in 2019 only two car accidents has been so far reported, with no cases of narcotic drugs reported.—Sein Kyaw
