UNION Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Win Myat Aye attended an ethnic youth conference organized by the Internal Youth Fellowship (Myanmar) at the Myanmar Convention Centre on Min Dhama Road in Yangon, yesterday morning.
