Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Win Myat Aye met separately with UNHCR Representative Mr Johan Cels and Turkish Ambassador Mr Haydar Kerem Divanlioglu at his ministry yesterday.
The Myanmar delegation to China led by Vice President U Myint Swe travelled from Nanning to Liuzhou yesterday and visited the automobile factories of Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co, Ltd. and SAIC GM Wu Ling Automobile.
No casualties were reported in a landslide that occurred in Kyauktannge Village, Kyunsu Township in Taninthayi Region at about 7:30 a.m. on 18 September following heavy rains in the area.
