An inauguration ceremony of a new concrete road was held at the pandal near the road in Ward-5, Dagon Myothit Township in Yangon Region yesterday morning.
A landslide killed at least 18 people including three policemen in Phakant Township, Kachin State today, with two others injured, according to a source from the township police force.
THE Bridge Construction Group-5 under the Ministry of Construction built a new bridge over the Yaw Creek in Ashae Kantwin Village, Seikphyu Township in Magway Region early this year.
