Central Bank of Myanmar Governor U Kyaw Kyaw Maung and delegation attended the 48th Asian Clearing Union’s Board of Directors meeting in Paro, Bhutan, from 14 to 15 July.
With the aim of raising awareness among youths of the scourge and disadvantages of drugs , public talks titled “Youth and Scourge of Narcotic Drugs” were conducted at the meeting hall of GAD in Rikhawdar, Chin State yesterday.
The number of day-trippers from Thailand and other countries who visited Myanmar through Tachilek border gate from July 12-18 this year reached 22,841, according to statistics provided by the Directorate of Hotels and Tourism (DOHT).
