The 56th Gem Emporium continued its seventh day at the Mani Yadana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday. Jade lot numbers 2401 to 3600 were put up for sale through an open tender system, out of which 738 jade lots were sold for Euro 101.472 million.

Trade with South Korea up 30% in January
Trade between Myanmar and the Republic of Korea this January topped US$82.8 million, registering an increase in value by $19.148 million or 30 per cent from last January, according to the Ministry of Commerce’s latest monthly trade report.
