Rainstorms and flash floods have killed at least 46 people including women and children in east Afghanistan over the past week, officials have confirmed.
The death toll in heavy rains, floods, and landslides triggered by typhoon Doksuri climbed to five, the Philippines' national disaster agency said on Thursday.
