The closing ceremony of a training course on enhancing capacity for ward and village administrators and clerks was held at Kanbawza Hall in Mongnai Township, Southern Shan State on 25 August.
On the occasion, the township administrator U Soe Htut gave a speech and presented souvenirs and completion certificates to course instructors and on behalf of the trainees, a ward administrator spoke words of thanks. A total of 32 trainees were given training on capacity-building for one week.
