UNION Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn inspected the accommodation of staff at quake-affected blue-coded hous­ing for female staff in Nay Pyi Taw.

The Union minister first met staff members who returned to live at Thazin 7 and Thazin 1 dormitories for female staff in Zabuthiri and Bawga Theikdi wards and inspected the dam­age, relocation, and access to electricity and water.

The Union minister also talked about the cleanliness ac­tivities in quake-hit areas, rescue works with local and internation­al organizations, rehabilitation processes, the government’s assistance for government em­ployees, the need to watch true and accurate news about the earthquake, and to cooperate in serving different duties. — MNA/ KTZH
