THE Yangon Region Public Transport Committee (YRTC) has announced that YBS bus lines have been organized for specific townships to facilitate the return journey of attendees of the film, music, and theatre fundraiser.
A three-day fundraising festival for Mandalay earthquake relief will be held from 10 to 12 May at the National Theatre in Yangon.
Following the instructions of the Yangon Region Government, YRTC will provide YBS buses from seven bus lines to facilitate the return journey for attendees of the concert. Bus number 7 will operate from the National Theatre to Aung Myint Mo Housing, bus number 8 will run from the National Theatre to Yoma Yeiktha, and bus number 115 will serve the route from the National Theatre to Aung Mingala Highway Bus Terminal.
Similarly, YBS bus number 62 will run from the National Theatre to Dagon University, while bus number 37 will run from the National Theatre to Htaukkyant in Mingaladon Township. Bus number 61 will operate from the National Theatre to West Yangon University in Htantabin Township, and bus number 21 will also run from the National Theatre to West Yangon University in Htantabin Township. — MT/TH
