Ayeyawady Region’s Ngwe Saung is a popu-lar beach among local and foreign travellers visiting Myanmar. It is located to the west of Myanmar in the Bay of Bengal. ‘Ngwe’ means silver, which perfectly describes the silver sand on the beach.
