MOE conducts English Language Proficiency Upgrading Course No. 3 in Nay Pyi Taw

AN OPENING ceremony of the English Language Proficiency Upgrading Course No. 3 for the government  staff  was  held  at  the Ministry of Education in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
